Our Inspection Process

 

Once receiving your package, we will get in touch with you immediately to let you know that it is here! Depending on the quantity of items that you send, our process of inspection may take a couple business days. We will then contact you again with an offer.

If we suspect the box was tampered with in transit, we let you know before proceeding with our inspection, and can even help file an insurance claim if necessary.
